Installing interior accessories is one of the best ways to personalize the Mitsubishi ride you love. There are all kinds for sale online these days, though. That means that, when it comes time for an upgrade, it can be tough to decide which ones to start with.
Luckily, our auto parts store carries plenty to choose from. You can check them all out right here.
What Interior Accessories are Available for Mitsubishi?
Cargo Accessories. These are basic coordinators, most designed to simply hold luggage, and a choice few made to help keep it from bumping around in the trunk (thereby safeguarding your floor plastics and upholstery, like floor mats do). Variants include cargo nets, cargo organizers, and cargo trays. Others, like cargo covers, conceal and protect valuables in storage and during transport.
Sunshades. Also called window sunscreens, you can find these in-cabin if you have them. They're above above each door and window, or on your moonroof or sunroof if you have one of those. They help cut ultraviolet light and its effects on your interior, keeping your armrests, steering wheel, and seats a little cooler on warm, sunny days. Most either roll up, fold, or collapse like accordions, the last designed to cover the windshield's length and height and reduce and reflect light and heat.
Shift Knobs. Yours, you can find mounted in front of the center console on the floor or integrated with the steering column. It provides a superior grip to a bare gear lever, displays the gears you can shift to, and shows the direction (i.e., pattern) you need to shift in to reach them. Some are made of simple plastic, others are comprised of more durable metal or carbon fiber, and often, you can get them covered in vinyl, leather, or other materials. They can even vary in size, shape, and weight, with weighted ones helping cut down on both shift time and effort.
Seat Covers. These protect and improve the comfort of the seats in your Mitsubishi, plus give its interior a custom touch. They can be comprised of mesh, velour, jacquard, or canvas, not to mention neoprene, faux (polyurethane/PU) leather, leatherette, or acrylic fur. Some even come made of sheepskin or denim. Their features range widely, from wear-resistance to designs that help your seats stay cooler when the weather's warm. They come in colors galore, and many, you can machine-wash for easy cleanup.
Weather Stripping. This is what appears to be rubber and soft plastic slats, held in place by screws and adhesive, lining the window and door edges in your car or SUV. Their job's important: they help keep seepage out of your interior and make your doors close a little more quietly.
Of course, we offer plenty more than these, and the genuine OEM article to boot; check out our catalog and see for yourself.
